Pistachio White Chocolate Protein Cake

I've made many mug cakes over the years and I come back to a classic protein mug cake time and time again regardless of my calorie goals. Protein powder, a pinch of baking powder and milk is all you need then you can switch up the toppings and fillings depending on your goals and your tastebuds! This version tastes super indulgent (coming from a girly with a super sweet tooth) but if you’re trying to eat in a deficit I’d reduce the pistachio creme in this recipe to 15g total and remove the white chocolate entirely - it’s still delicious and this would make it 337 calories and 43.5g protein.

Notes

It should still be shiny on top when you take it out - it will continue to cook a little more once it’s out of the microwave and they're better a little under-done than over-done.
