Nando's Loaded Flatbread

Loaded flatbreads are so delicious and most flatbreads are actually pretty high in protein! This one was the My Deli Kitchen Flatbread and it contains 204 calories and 9g protein, most supermarkets also do higher protein versions than this too. They are so simple to chuck together as well, I definitely don't keep them in the house enough! I also love the idea of having these when hosting a casual lunch or dinner for friends/ family. Make a big batch of the chicken and halloumi and everyone can assemble their own. 🙌🏼

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Chop the potato into chips and microwave for 5 minutes to soften, then spray with some fry light and add a pinch of the Nando’s rub. Give it a shake then air fry on 190°C for 15-20 minutes (or oven for 35) shaking them up every so often!
