Notes

This recipe makes 7-8 pancakes - I used 100ml of the batter for each pancake and the base of the pan I use is 20cm. If you prefer thick, fluffy pancakes, you could try swapping the flour for self-raising flour and/or adding a pinch of baking powder, and add the milk slowly until it feels like the right consistency for you - you might want to use a little less.
