Step 1
Chop the potatoes into wedges, spray with some fry light and some salt and pepper then pop into the air fryer on 170°C for 20 minutes, then turn up the heat to 200C and cook for another 10-15 minutes until crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Alternatively, cook in the oven on 200C for 45 minutes. Keep shaking them up every so often!
