Thai Red Chicken Curry

I bloody love a Thai curry! They’re so simple to make and truly feel like a hug in a bowl full of delicious fragrant flavours! I like to serve each portion wit half a packet of sticky or jasmine rice or one of the Veetee sticky rice pots for simplicity and ease but you can cook your own rice too!
