Nacho-style Double Smash Burgers

These Mexican flavoured burgers absolutely hit the spot! Super high in protein, quick to make and really filling so they're perfect for a Friday night fakeaway, possibly served with a few chips and salad (if you're hungry!!!). Juicy beef patties loaded up with shredded lettuce, cheese (I love the orangey plasticky cheesy slices but you could always try chilli cheese slices!), salsa, chilli heatwave Doritos and avocado. Deeeeelicious.
