Turkey Satay Curry with Rice

This is one of my favourite meals to chuck together, I come back to it again and again whenever I find myself with any of the ingredients going spare! It's such a delicious flavour and really filling. You can also just chuck in whatever veg you have knocking around in the fridge!

What can you use instead of chilli paste…. Worries it might be a bit to hot for me… 🤭🤭🤭

I'd say the chilli is an optional extra so don't worry about adding anything else, it will still be really flavoursome without it! But I am quite a wuss with spice and I find the chilli paste to be ok, just use a little smidgen or leave it out completely if you prefer! Let me know how it goes! Xx
