These sweet potato wraps are absolutely delicious! I made mine a twist on the viral hot honey taco beef bowls but you could add whatever fillings you fancy - they’d be great as a side dish for something like a curry or a stew, or you could load them up as a flatbread - a breakfast flatbread is next on my list!
