Honey Chipotle Pulled Chicken Chilli with Rice

This is well up there with one of my favourite ever batch-cook recipes… honey chipotle pulled chicken chilli 🌶️ this is so versatile, we usually have a portion for dinner with rice, and I’ll then stash the rest in the fridge or freezer for another time and have it with rice again, or maybe in a wrap or over potatoes! It’s absolutely delish - such a hearty winter warmer and only 506 calories with 36g protein 😮‍💨💪🏼 To make in a slow cooker - add everything except for the yoghurt, coriander leaves, lime and rice and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-7. Pull the chicken apart and serve with the rice!
