Turkey Chilli

Turkey chilli is possibly my number 1 go-to meal prep option. It’s hearty and comforting, easily to bulk out with extra beans and veggies and really high in protein, plus it’s so versatile! Me and Billy had a portion each with rice and avocado, a portion each in the tortilla pie and a portion each in the enchiladas - search 'turkey tortilla pie' and 'turkey chilli enchiladas' for those recipes!

Notes

The recipe makes 6-8 portions. 6 for hungry people, 8 for less hungry people/ kids!

500g turkey mince may be enough for you, or you can replace half with an extra tin of beans to help cut the cost/ meat consumption. I often add an onion into this too, and switch up the beans depending on what I’ve got in.
