You have to look past the appearance of this one - I know it doesn’t look the best (maybe adding some spinach for a bit of colour would make it look a bit more exciting!?) but trust me, it's delicious!
It’s very similar to the pasta dish I posted recently but I loved the flavours so much that I wanted to a do a version with orzo that can all be made in one pan. The flavours all work so well together resulting in a silky, creamy, savoury dish with a hint of sweetness from the caramelised onions and the cranberry on top!
