Protein Easter Chocolate Banana Bread Cake Squares

I didn’t know what to call this one... is it banana bread? Is it cake? I don't know but it's absolutely delicious! It's like dense, moist cake with banana bread-y vibes.. but not that bananary tasting. If your sweet tooth isn’t feeling quite so sweet you can reduce the sugar and calories by making them without the Easter chocolates inside and on top, or even sub them for 50-80g chocolate chips to still get the chocolate hit. I've added the nutritional information without the chocolate in the notes.

Notes

My dish is 20x30cm I wet the parchment paper with cold water, screw it up then flatten is out to make it go in the dish more smoothly. I cut mine into 24 chunks, but you could do 12 slices instead. Without any fillings/ toppings: 52 calories per chunk 10g carbs, 1g fat, 4g protein
