The recipe makes 2 very chunky burgers but you could also swap the buns for rice to make a sticky chilli chicken burger bowl! Swap the 1.5 brioche buns for 1/2 a packet (125g) of jasmine rice for pretty much the same cals and similar macros (slightly more carbs/ less fat) 🤩
