Fry the chicken and peppers in some low calorie cooking spray along with the rub and seasoning for around 8 minutes until softened and cooked through.
To de-spice just reduce or remove the Nandos sauce (the rub isn’t very spicy) - you could swap it for BBQ sauce or just leave it out or even add extra cream cheese or a splash of milk to make it even milder.
