Step 1
Chop the potatoes into 2cm cubes and add them to a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave your potato cubes for 8 minutes to soften, then spray with some low calorie cooking spray and season with the salt, pepper + garlic Italian herbs. Tip them into the air fryer and cook on 200°C for around 20 minutes or until golden (or oven for 40 ish minutes).
