Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Dice the peppers and onions, then add to the slowcooker along with all of the other ingredients except for the noodles, spring onions and sesame seeds.
If you don’t have a slow cooker just fry off the chicken and veg in the oil first, then add all the other ingredients to the pan, stir & simmer for 10-15 minutes before adding in the noodles, spring onions & sesame seeds!
