Bacon & Egg Fried Rice

It doesn’t get much easier than this for a banging, flavoursome meal! This does actually taste even better with day-old cooked rice so if you have some rice leftover definitely give this a try! Feel free to switch up the protein source, but bacon really does work surprisingly well! Mushrooms or tenderstem broccoli would work nicely in this too for some extra nutrients!
