Taco-Spiced Beef Mince

Here’s one of my recent batch cooks which seems almost too simple to share as it’s literally just beef mince cooked with a few herbs and spices, but it’s one of my favourite things to prep as it literally takes 5-10 minutes and it’s protein-packed and really tasty and versatile. Search ‘taco beef’ and you’ll find some recipes/ meals/ ways to use this!

Some of my favourite ways to use this is in my 'cheesy taco beef rice', in a bowl with sweet potato, avocado, hot honey and cottage cheese or in wraps/ tacos/ quesadillas.
