We absolutely loved this dish in Thailand and I was recently asked to try making it for a brand collab on Instagram using Ben's Original rice, and it was too good not to share here too! I didn't even consider trying to recreate the dish before I saw it going viral on TikTok and I'm so glad I tried as it is so delicious!!!
