Pour the tins of chopped tomatoes into a large bowl and add the tomato puree, sugar, salt, pepper, Worcester sauce and mixed herbs. Stir to combine to make the tomato sauce.
I use full fat cottage cheese as I find it just tastes so much better. You could opt for a lower fat version to reduce the calories further. You could easily make this in the oven instead of an air fryer - just layer up in a large baking dish and bake on 200C for 15 minutes or until crispy.
