Honey BBQ Pulled Chicken Sliders

These oooozy sliders are absolutely delicious! I've made lots of variations now but really enjoyed the BBQ pulled chicken filling. For the filling, I actually made a slightly bigger batch of the slow-cooked chicken mix and used some for some loaded fries too. I’ve calculated it so that the quantities, calories and macros are correct for this! But feel free to make the full batch of chicken and just use 3/4 of the recipe for this - I'll put the full amount in the notes below.

If you are batch-cooking the full amount of chicken (slightly more than used in this recipe), here's what you need: 1 onion 630g chicken breast 1 tbsp bbq seasoning 120g bbq sauce 1 tbsp worcester sauce 25g honey 30ml water Add all of the ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6, then pull the chicken apart and stir to coat.
