Turkey Tortilla Pie

This is one of the meals I made using some of my batch-cooked turkey chilli last week! Search ‘turkey chilli’ for the full recipe and check out my ‘turkey chilli enchiladas’ for another way to use up leftovers! We had our other portions with rice and avocado and in a jacket potato. This pie is absolutely delicious and such a nice simple but different way to use up your chilli!
