These protein energy balls are little bites of absolute heaven 😍 they’re on of my favourite snacks to prep ahead for the week. They are quite high in calories and it would be very easy to pop 10 in a row (so I heard from a friend 🙄) so do be mindful if a calorie deficit is the goal, but they are full of nutritious goodness and I find that they make the perfect quick bite before a morning workout or as an afternoon pick-me-up snack. The base recipe makes 15 😋
