As a non-fishy lover I absolutely loved this meal. Charred salmon in a sticky, sweet and slightly spicy dressing with sticky rice and creamy avocado - it works really well together. I actually made and filmed this meal whilst in labour, 5 hours before going to hospital to give birth which proves just how easy it is!
