This is un-be-liiieeevable! Now generally I quite like a slightly-burnt, crispy lasagne, and this doesn’t have the same crunch/stodge as a classic lasagne, but it’s SO GOOD. I would happily eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the rest of my life and we lurve a one-pot dish with minimal washing up. 👏🏻
