Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large pan and add the pork mince. Break it up with a spatula and let it cook on a high heat for a few minutes before flipping it all over as best as you can. Once it’s browned, add 70ml hoi sin sauce and stir over a high heat until coated and sticky.

Notes

I use glass Tupperware dishes, and to reheat I just pop it into the microwave in the glass dish for 2-2.5 minutes or until piping hot. If I want to retain moisture/ sauciness I prop a lid loosely on top whilst reheating.
