Smoky Chorizo & Sweet Red Pepper Pasta

This is such a tasty dish! The charring of the peppers makes them delightfully sweet to contrast with the saltiness of the chorizo. Then the creaminess of the feta brings it together perfectly. *Charring the red peppers using the same pan as for the chorizo will save washing up, but to save time by cooking them whilst the chorizo is also cooking, you can cook in the oven or air fryer. Place the peppers on a baking tray or in the air fryer basket with the skin down, leaving space between the pepper strips. Cook on 200c for 15 minutes in the air fryer or 20 minutes in the oven.
