Fry off the chicken and pepper in the oil until cooked through, then add the garlic, chicken seasoning, curry powder, chilli flakes, veg stock and peanut butter powder (or peanut butter - see notes). Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
I got the peanut butter powder from MyProtein. If you don’t have the peanut butter powder, sub for regular peanut butter and reduce the stock a little! Microwave your wraps before using them to make them extra flexible.
