Microwave your potato cubes for 10 minutes to soften, then spray with some fry light and season with the salt, pepper, Cajun and paprika.
I used approximately half of a batch of chilli for this so this dish includes 250g beef mince and 1 tin of mixed beans. We had the other half with rice but I also sometimes put leftovers in a quesadilla too which is equally delicious! You can find my go-to chili recipe by searching ‘beef & bean chilli’. For the grilling in the last step, I just put my regular frying pan/ wok under the grill and it’s always been fine! Just don’t blame me if your house burns down please.
