Lemon Meringue Protein Yoghurt Bowl

An easy snack idea for you to satisfy a sweet tooth! I appreciate this isn't the most aesthetic dish out there but this really hit the spot for my sweet tooth which has been a bit wild recently. 22g protein per portion too! I made 3 at a time whilst I was making the yoghurt mix anyway, but you could just make one whenever you fancy it.
