Marry-Me Chicken Orzo

One of my absolute favourite favourite meals. There’s a strong reason why ‘marry me chicken’ has been going viral for the last year or so… it’s just the most delicious flavour combination, and this version with creamy, silky orzo is my favourite so far! If you're hosting dinner for people, this one will be a winner for sure!

Step 1

Finely dice the onion and chop the chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks. Slice the sundried tomatoes and crush the garlic cloves. Make the stock by putting the stock cube in a large jug and adding 900ml boiling water. Set everything aside.
