Boring old chicken & potato taken to a whole new level. 🤤 I used my ‘Nando’s pulled chicken’ recipe for this. I just used 1/5 of the whole recipe which is made with 600g chicken breast (you can find it on the app too). I also used the mix in my Nando’s enchiladas, with gnocchi and even in a lasagne! It’s so delicious, and this version is a guaranteed winner! You could share given it’s a biggggg portion, but I personally wouldn’t recommend it.
