Chicken Satay Noodles

Rich, creamy, flavoursome and so simple to chuck together, especially with this slow cooker method! If you don’t have a slow cooker just fry off the chicken and veg in the oil first, then add all the other ingredients to the pan, stir & simmer for around 15 minutes before adding in the noodles!
