Chilli is perfect for meal prep too as it tastes even better the next day! For ⅕ of the recipe plus 125g cooked rice + 50g avocado, this comes to 602 cals + 36g protein - I mix up the beans that I add to mine for a bit of variety 🤪 you can also mash some of the beans to thicken the texture a little. - Add chilli or chipotle paste for a spicy twist 🌶️ - Always make extra!!! I refridgerate it for up to 5 days and it’s always been fine for me on a Friday after prepping on a Sunday! - Serve with rice, jackets, nachos, wraps, you name it. The most versatile dish ever 🫱🏼🫲🏽
