Butter Chicken Curry & Basmati Rice

This butter chicken curry was inspired by a delicious murgh makhani I had at an Indian restaurant. Whilst eating it I realised that it had a slightly taste of the secret ingredient I’ve added into this recipe! I thought this could be revolutionary… but I’ve since heard that this has been done before so it seems I was not the discoverer of the hack (lol) but I can vouch for the fact that Heinz tomato soup really does add a delicious rich and creamy flavour when used as part of a curry sauce! Serve with 75g (dry weight) basmati rice per person and see the notes if you fancy some of my delicious high-protein naan bread with it too!
