To make the naans: Mix equal parts self-raising flour and yoghurt along with a tsp honey. Mix to form a dough, adding an extra sprinkle of flour if needed to stop it being too sticky. Shape into balls and use a rolling pin to roll into naan shape. Dry fry over a medium-high heat until colour and bubbles start to appear, then flip. I added a spray of my bertoli spray so make it look less dusty! Then brushed with flora mixed with garlic & coriander.
