This is such a yummy, hearty, comforting meal. The sausage ragu would pair nicely with pasta too or even rice, but I loved having it with potatoes for a nice twist!
The recipe serves 3-4. You could easily pad it out with more potatoes as this recipe was quite sausage heavy but we served ours with some veg and it was delicious. I've put the nutritonal information for 4 but if splitting into 3 each portion is 636 calories and 37g protein.
