One-Pot Chicken & Red Pesto Spaghetti

Another one-pot winner! This one is super simple and tastes really creamy indulgent without needing to use any cream at all! The starchiness of the pasta water gives it a lovely silky, creaminess and the pesto and sun-dried tomatoes bring all the flavour! I actually tried this red pesto spaghetti without the chicken recently and had it with some tuna which was a delicious combination too!
