Cook the onion and pepper in a pan with a spray of oil for a few minutes to soften, then add the chicken mince and break it up with a spatula. Add the Nando’s seasoning and cook over a medium-high heat for around 7 minutes until cooked through.
You can swap the white sauce for a shop-bought white sauce if preferred for ease. The macros will still be similar!
