Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Biscoff Baked Oats

This is essentially pudding for breakfast! It’s also really filling so I would sometimes have half and have the other half at another time or share with someone!

Notes

I’m actually a big fan of baked oats in the evening too as something more nutritious than a tub of ice cream to satisfiy the sweet tooth and leave me feeling nice and full!

Hi, I would love to make this for my partner but he can’t eat bananas. Could the bananas be substituted for egg?

Hi Faye! Sorry for the slow response, yes you can! It will change the texture slightly and rise a little more but should work fine with these measurements :) I'd use a small or medium egg if possible x
