Loaded Eggy Bread

I almost named this ‘loaded French toast’ but let’s be honest, it’s just good old eggy bread with some jazzy toppings! Anyway, I could happily eat eggy bread every day, it was one of the only foods I could tolerate in my first trimester and I rinsed it! And with these toppings it was such a nice, filling meal. You won’t be left hungry so feel free to reduce to 2 slices and reduce the toppings a bit too if you're not starving or you're trying to reduce calorie intake.

Notes

To save even more time and make sure the eggy bread and bacon are both hot, you could grill or air fry the bacon whilst making the eggy bread in the pan. Alternatively, if you’re more fussed about the bread being hot and not the bacon, you could cook the bacon first and set that aside whilst you do the bread!
