Air Fryer Feta Gnocchi

This meal couldn't be much easier to make - you literally just chuck all of the ingredients into the bottom of the air fryer and cook it for 20 minutes then stir in the basil! The gnocchi goes slightly crispy and the feta makes it deliciously creamy. You could share this between 2, but I recommend splitting it into 3 portions and serving with a protein source and perhaps a side of veg or salad!
