Notes

To make the chicken yourself cut 300g chicken breast or thighs into small strips, coat it in whisked egg then toss it in cornflour, spray with oil and air fry (in a single layer) on 190°C for 15 minutes or until crispy. If splitting into thirds, 1/3 of the recipe is 309 calories: 30g carbs, 13g fat, 17g protein
