Chicken 'Souvlaki' Flatbread

Greece is one of my favourite places and part of that is down to my love for a good gyros/ souvlaki! My version here uses chicken breast but you can swap for chicken thigh or lamb if preferred for a more traditional option, but this really is delicious and so easy to chuck together.

Step 1

Chop the potato into chips, pat them with some kitchen roll to remove some of the starch and microwave for 5 minutes to soften. Spray with some fry light and add salt and pepper then give it a shake to coat and air fry on 190°C for around 15 minutes (or oven on 200°C for 30ish). Shake them up every so often throughout cooking.

Some lettuce, feta and/or halloumi work great with this too, you could also add some extra salad to make it more of a filling, substantial meal without adding many more calories
