I use glass Tupperware dishes, and to reheat I just pop it into the microwave in the glass dish for 2-2.5 minutes or until piping hot. If I want to retain moisture/ sauciness I prop a lid loosely on top whilst reheating. | If you don’t have a large-base pan, you may want to cook the chicken first, set it aside and add it in after the sauce
