Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Caesar Wrap

Is it just me or does anybody else love picking the melted crispy cheese off a baking dish? Well, you may never want to eat a regular plain wrap again after trying this! The crispy coating is just divine and even as someone that’s not really a fan of lettuce, this was absolutely stunning and super high in protein too. You have to give this a go! The garlic & herb breadcrumbs aren't essential, they just add a nice twist but you could crumble some croutons instead or just leave them out! See notes for more detail.

Notes

The garlic and herb breadcrumbs are made by frying breadcrumbs, garlic, herbs and a pinch of salt in some butter for around 10 minutes until golden and crispy. The full recipe can be found by searching 'high protein mac & cheese with garlic & herb crumb'. The exact same recipe was followed here, but this time with wholemeal seeded bread. 1 tbsp of the breadcrumbs equates to around one-third of a small slice of bread. Don’t worry about thoroughly cleaning the pan between cooking the chicken and the wrap – the residue will add a bit of extra flavour/colour.
