Step 1
Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing to make an incision down the middle but without going all the way through. Cover them with cling film or parchment paper and bash to flatten to around 1-2cm in thickness.
I was sent this sauce from the harvester but this would work with any sort of sweet chilli sauce or feel free to change it up for a different flavour like peri peri or sriracha!
