Cheesy Tomato One-Pot Chicken Lasagne

Lasagne is one of my favourite meals, and whilst this is a far stretch from the conventional kind, it still gives the same vibes with the hearty tomato sauce topped with the creamy, cheesy topping, but this version has a delicious lighter feel with the sweetness from the balsamic vinegar and the freshness from the basil. It’s higher in protein too (of course) and all made in one pan in just 20 minutes!
