Cheesy Beef and Bean Tacos

If you've been here for a while you'll know my love for soft-shell tacos! If you've never tried them then I highly suggest you do, they trump any restaurant or takeaway in my experience! I recommend 2-3 tacos for a portion if having as a meal. I used my batch-cooked taco-spiced beef mince for this recipe and used 1/3 of the big-batch, just adding it in from the fridge once the veggies are cooked (you can do this too - search taco beef mince to view the recipe separately!) but this recipe is super simple anyway so I’ve included all of the steps. The macros are almost identical whichever way you do it.
