Cashew Nut Chicken with Jasmine Rice

This was one of my favourite meals in Thailand and it’s so easy to make! Perfect for a speedy fakeaway and if you like spice, you can turn up the heat by adding some chilli! The calories and macros are based on this being served with jasmine rice. 1/4 of the recipe without the rice would be 321 calories and 33g protein.

WOW just made this and it was 😋😋😋😋😋🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 I used harissa instead of sriracha…. Definitely recommend 👍👍👍
