Sweet Chilli Bang Bang Chicken Smash Burgers

This is a recipe from my cookbook that I thought I'd share with you on here too! It's the last day of the sales where you can get the book for only £8.03 on Amazon if anyone has been eyeing it up! I've linked it to this post or you can just search Healthy In One on Amazon! These burgers are THE nicest burgers I've ever had! If you haven't tried making your own smash burgers at home, you're in for a real treat! They're juicy and flavoursome, crispy around the edges, and so easy to customize depending on what flavours you fancy. It's the kind of meal that tastes really indulgent but can actually be served with a side dish as part of a balanced, high-protein meal.
